 Coaching and Strategic Planning

Dr. Diaz offers DEI coaching and strategic planning to help determine the infrastructure and supports necessary for policies, practices, resources, curriculum development, intercultural competence & conflict styles by convening, engaging, and collaborating with organization stakeholders. Dr. Diaz works in person, online, or through a hybrid approach within the arts sector.

Our services offer a DEI framework for creating principles and competencies that may be effective in achieving DEI strategies and initiatives in organizations in the arts sector with differing structures, missions, and purposes.
